Not sure why, but all of a sudden today, every PayPal order does not complete and mark the new members account as active.
The paypal transaction completes, but no debug info is logged and the user remains inactive, until I manually approve the account (after an angry email from the customer on NOT getting instant access).

I recently had copper mine plugin installed, but since it did not work, I uninstalled it then rebuilt DB.

    Thanks

Better check you PayPal IPN settings everyone!

I THINK, I found the problem...
I have been processing successfully with PayPal using aMemebr for about 45 days, now yesterday, for some unknown reason, my PayPal IPN URL path had changed ALL BY ITSELF!

I have not been in that part of my account at all!.

    The path changed from /amember/plugins/payments/paypal_r/ipn.php
    to
    /amember/plugins/payments/ipn.php

Damned if I know how that happened, but I can only suspect PayPal themselves made the change.

Better check YOUR paypal ipn setup if you are having a similar problem.

    Wierd!

    Still not working....

I double checked all my setup, the papapal_r pluging IS selected, the Plugin is configured per the instructions and my pay pal account IPN is activated and points to the correct ipn.php file, yet it still does not work.

Maybe PayPal is having a problem with IPN today...any others out there with a similar problem?

    Any ideas Alex?

    It has to be PayPal.
I have had the same problem all day today. I'd suggest using the contact form at PayPal and let them know about the problem. I just did that about 5 minutes ago.

Hopefully it will be fixed on their end soon...

Problems with both PayPal and 2checkout

My problems with PayPal and 2Checkout seems to be better, but there are still odd problems.

60% of the time the customer is not sent the "signup" email, so I have to wait until they complain, then resend. I'm afraid some people won't complain, they'll just dispute the charge.

In the debug section, I see that only ONE debug message is displayed for the transactions that did not send mail.

Typically I see TWO debug messages.

I am at aMember version 2.3.5 and now using 2Checkout version 2.
Everything appears to be set up according to the instructons.

I am using Sendmail, but I notice the program never asks for the path to sendmail.

My sites are all hosted on my own dedicated server account so server loading
is NOT an issue (server load is usually around 0.02 (2 cpus) or less.

If someone coud shed some light on the missing debug messages, I would appreciate that very much.

Now all memberships are not getting signup email...

Now Authrize.net, PayPal & 2Checkout signups are not getting their signup emails.

I only get ONE debug message per transaction. When this was working, I would get TWO debug messages.

    Alex, you got any ideas?
