I am looking for someone who is very familiar with amember that we can pay to customize a few minor things. Anybody here do that? Also, is there a way for users on our site to reach the help desk area without being logged in? I would like customers visiting also to be able to submit a ticket if needed. Can we do this? Support had mentioned to create a free product but that doesn't make much sense to do that. They don't want to add free product to their shopping cart to get support. Is there another way? Thanks Adam
