This propably applies to other payment gateways such as payflow pro, authorize.net and etc. By default, the latest amember version doesn't show the new members passwords anymore. Here is the little problem, when my members call me by phone asking to cancel subscriptions-I have to grab their username and password login to their account and then click on cancel once im logged in to their user account. It gives me a couple extra steps to do. I'd like to have a more simple way to cancel from the admin contorl panel under "user payments/subscriptions" menu. Thank you to anyone that can help!
For Alex, Another useful feature would be if payflow_pro plugin users were able to track how many members cancelled in any given day, week, month, year. Maybe utilize the "Reports" feature of amember and have a full report of how many people joined in day, week, month, year and how many cancelled. We have the active number of members, it would be nice to see the "real number" of members that did not cancel and are sticking around. These reports would be extremely useful, since no real business can live without such vital information.
1. We have released 3.0.5 and rolled back these password changes. Please upgrade. 2. Unfortunately, there is no ability to impement it right now, but we will consider adding this to feature versions.
