    Hi

I like your product and I am thinking that this may be exactly what I am looking for. We run a non profit site where our members come in and pay their annual membership fees. I would like for them to be able to enter their personal information, cc payment, and then have all that integrated with a gateway (you seem to work with many of them) to process the cc payment. I like the customer never to leave my site and I have seen that in your demo.

My only concern is how flexible are the forms that you have in your software. For example, I do not like to capture the username and password information. My site does not have a log in feature (disabled) so I do not want to confuse our members.

Also, if somebody comes in in a year's time and tries to make another payment, how will the program handle that request?

Can the user check a selection and say yes, bill me every year automatically?

Can I have a separate page where a person can enter freely the amount they would like to additionally donate?

Can a user just use your form to subscribe to a mailing list? Can that information be exported so that I can create a mailing list?

How is your program integrated with joomla. Will I be able to see the usernames (and your php admin site) within joomla or will I have to log in to a separate page for that?

Thanks up front for your answers. I really like your solution and would like to purchase it if all works out.

    1. Forms are flexible - you can enable username/password generation, so user does not have to enter it. It is anyway necessary to assign login/passwords to customers, so they can visit members area - to bill again without filling-in signup form, to change e-mail subscriptions, to change profile info, or to cancel recurring billing.

    2. Yes, aMember supports recurring billing.
    3. "Additionally donate" - it is possible as quick customization.
    4. Yes. aMember can work as a maillist manager itself, or you can order integration with more advanced (and free) phpList.
    5. It is integrated as described here:
