I received an email last night from support@cgi-central.net in regards to my question about the purchase of aMember Pro and an additional pluggin.

The email which I received back included a payment link which when I followed it through had a payment amount of US $1,041.68 appeared in the Verified by Visa section of the checkout. Shockingly this amount is approximately 10 times the price of aMember pro.

In addition to this the email, which I will include below also asked me to respond after payment, where the plugin will be attached.

This type of customer service raises very significant concerns about the security of the information which I am providing to you and security of your organization in general.

Initially I was sold on aMember Pro as the right solution for my business need however, after this I am seriously questioning a number of things.

I do not suggest that you take this lightly as these types of actions can have very serious ramifications.

For your reference the email is below:

    Hello, James.
Here is a payment link for Downloads plugin: https://www.cgi-central.net/cw.php?sum=40&for=downloads plugin KZO-88876-187
Please respond after payment, I'll attach a plugin.

    > Thank you for your response.

LOL, please click one more time and have a look to this really carefully.

There are other currencies in the world, not only US$. This payment processor displays price first in Russian Roubles (RUR), as required by local regulations.
