Anybody have a setting by setting account for what things should be on Auth.net side? I have contacted them twice they say it's not a problem on their end.

We have auth.net aim running smoothly on 121Books.org.

In your aMember admin, make sure your transaction key is correct. Next, double check it again. ;) Make sure both aMem and Auth.net are not set to Test Mode. If you are now saying "Duh," read on.

You can get a test # from Auth.net for testing. I'd suggest using one they give you and not the ones listed in the aMem admin page. Login to aMem and Auth.net so you can work with both of em. Set aMem to Live and Auth.net to Test. This way aMem will actually submit the charge. When you run the test card, call Auth.net first. Run the test while on the phone with a rep, they'll tell you immediatly if it reched auth.net. If it's not reaching Auth.net, then the problem is on you side. But thats not what you asked. The Auth.net rep may also notice something else while your on the phone with him/her. And b/c you will be very pleasent and not get upset while on the phone with them, they will offer their suggestion and do what they can to assist. (actually, I always found their reps to be fairly nice and helpful).

Next you'll have to ensure your Cron jobs are running smooth. After you ensure your site can "talk" to Auth.net, set your cron to run in about 15 minutes from whenever you set it. This will be done from your site's (your host's) control panel. Be sure to consider any time zone differences from where you are and where your server is (or what it's set to) Logout of aMem and Auth.net just in case. Wait about 30 min, check your email and see if aMem sent you an error. Login to aMem admin and look for any error messages. If all is good, reset your cron to run at about midnight, once a day. Keep your fingers crossed for no error messages.

For security, I'd suggest using AIM on a dedicated server, but I guess you didn't ask that either.

    Good Luck. :D

OK got off the phone with Auth.net they aren't seeing anything come through. even with test mode off. SIM is working fine still and they see those come through fine. Any ideas of where it could be breaking? Should I re-install amember?

Do you need to set anything in the "Direct Response" section on Auth.net side?

Login into your authorize.net merchant account.
Go to "Settings and Profile" menu.
    Go to "Relay Response" menu.
Remove URL here that you have configured for SIM.
