Payment Plugin Problem's

    I have submitted, a ticket

    This was saturday, I need this fixed, I added a plugin and it error'd my whole amember, I cannot even remove the plugin because it wont allow me into my cp because of the plugin error,

    This is a definate problem with amember, which should be rectified if there was a plugin error you should be able to still access the admin cp and at least be able to turn it off.

    I have added the plugin for pay-os to my sites amember, but it completely
    tanked amember, it is looking for files that were not included in the plugin.
    This is what it says, if there is an update please send it too me.

    Plugin file
    (/home/httpd/vhosts/XXXXXXXX/httpdocs/amember/plugins/payment/Pay-OS_aMember-Plugin/Pay-OS_aMember-Plugin.inc.php)
    for plugin (payment/Pay-OS_aMember-Plugin) not exists

    Also in the inc file I see

    global $config;
    require_once($config['root_dir']."/plugins/payment/cc_core/cc_core.inc.php");

    But I do not see this in the plugin, I am running 2.6

    Why do you have to fix this? Tell me what to do and I will fix the problem,
    our web site contain's sensative data and we do not with to give aout that.

    I am saying this also because it is gonna affect out other website's as well,
    and if you can give us a solution we can fix them all.


    P.S. Where did you get "payos" plugin? I believe it was not from cgi-central.net, what the hell we become responsible for this trouble?

    In fact, your version is very outdated and doesn't support this plugin. Recently, plugin file download from PayOS is broken. Recent version of aMember already have this plugin and it works without any problems.
    Please allow our staff 24 hours to make FREE, NOT-PAID PARTIAL UPGRADE for your websites.

    Where did I get the plugin? Where do you think I got it from I did not make it, As for my version number it is 2.1.6 from which less than a month ago you released 2.1.8 and skipped 2.1.7, and immediately released 2.1.9.

    Had your website new's stated you had released a new version I would have updated but if you check your own new's on your main page it still states you last relaease was 2.1.6

    I am not here to argue nor bitch about your product as I like it very much, I am simply stating that one, I would have updated if your website had stated there was a newly released version, I got the plugin from pay-os as again I was unaware of a new version, and the plugin error it being the right one or not totally disabled amember from which it was unrecoverable, because you couldnt access the admincp.

    Again thank you for your support I was just expressing my problem you may delete this if you wish as it was not meant to be a derogatory nor flame the product as it is the best.

    Billy, ok, I'm wrong your version is not outdated. However, you got plugin from PayOs and it seems to be packaged wrong. Our staff member will install plugin for you and resolve all troubles.

    It was just strange for me that you put this question into the forum, despite the fact it is problem specific for your installation, and staff member responded quick enough your previous questions. Ok, I hope problem will be completely resolved, and I'm sorry if some my words was sharp.

    I somewhat agree but this type of problem may create headaches in the future, IE the plugin was packaged wrong, the only thing I see it was it was labeled wrong, but it still disrupted my amember that I cannot get back into the admin panel.

    Again I was not trying to stir up trouble, I feel this product is the best solution for people who are looking for easy maint free user subscription's,

    If they would update my amamber to the current version while they fix it, it would be appreicated.
