Payments by Products Report - No data shown

    Hi,
    First loving the new V4 software and have sucessfully imported 20,000 users from V3 and all looking good.
    The only issue I see is when I run a 'Payments by Products Breakdown' report I am seeing no data returned when I know there is sales for the period.
    All the other reports are displaying results correctly.

    What exact aMember version do you use? Do yo uhave the same issue with latest version?
    Please submit a ticket and provide amember CP info I will check this.

    Hi Alex. I have submitted a ticket with CP details. One question : Is is possible to get figures for the number of free subscription products signup up for in a period?

    I have the exact same issue, did a new install of amember 4 and imported data from amember3.
    Logged in users show no active subscription.
