payments not processing/can't access my amember Controlpanel

    Yesterday I did a test run on my membership site product. The payment was accepted and appeared in Authorize.net, which I voided. I made a few changes to the web page and went to test the entire system again and this time it says the payment has been processed, goes to the thank you page, but nothing goes through to the shopping cart (does not trip the autoresponder) or authorize.net. I contacted amember support and they said it was on the shopping cart end. I contacted 1shopping cart support and they say everything is correctly set up on their end, that it's amember. When I went to log back into the amember control panel, I get an error message saying that it's not found on the server. (I purchased the pro-level software/installation three days ago.). So now I can't even check my configuration settings with amember.

    Any advice on what to do besides sending a support ticket (which I've done) and waiting for 24 hours?

    I'm sorry for delays with support, but as I've seen your problem has been resolved quickly (in 5 hours). aMember was removed by some person, and then re-installed by our staff for free.
