I am not sure this is the best forum topic to post the question but can't find a better section. We have a lot of existing customers that are subscribing to our service using paypal. We got aMember and are going to bring them all into the system. I assume we are going to have to add their accounts manually. The big question is, is it possible to link up their account with the current subscription? OR...do we have to have them cancel their subscription and then have them log into the new aMember account and subscribe again? I don't know if it is using some kind of code we can get from paypal and enter into the database or what. Any help would be great to ease this transition.
Here is what you can do. You need to import your users with their PayPal subscription ID into aMember. You can do this in aMember CP -> Import PayPal Subscription ID should be assigned to aMember's payment receipt ID
