PayPal plugin not working

    SOLVED: (I think)


    I'm using aMember 3.1.9 with PayPal and Authorize.net enabled.

    I've had three PayPal transactions go through (I see them in my PayPal account), but all three show up as PENDING in my aMember CP.

    And, there are no IPN's in the Error/Debug Log.

    Where should I look do debug this manually?

    My business partner had turned off IPN in our PayPal account.
