PayPal Pro - Internal processing error : You do not have permissions to make this API

    Hi:

    I tried to set up a PayPal Pro sandbox account for testing. I got 'API Username', 'Certificate File Location', 'Certificate Password' (assume it means "API password" when getting API Certificate from PayPal Sandbox) all set up. But when I tried to process a sandbox test transaction, I got the following error message in aMember Pro:

    Internal processing error : You do not have permissions to make this API call

    Please note that my sandbox account has a different mail domain name (since I am testing for a client). So what could be the reason for this error and how to find out in more details what went wrong. Last but not the least, how to fix this problem? I'd appreciate any suggestion or solution. Thanks!
