    Hi everyone,

I already submitted a ticket about this, but wanted to ask folks here who might have gone through a similar issue.

Although my customer was charged, the payment info was not passed to Amember and hence no products shows on his members page.

The customer signed up to the recurring payments BEFORE we upgraded to Amember Pro. Can this be the cause of this issue?

If so, what is a possible fix to this issue so the future payments for this particular customer are handled properly?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    and for the great product!

Thanks again for your help, Alexander.

For the solution, is there a quick way to fix it other than copying and fixing the entire folder to /amember? Maybe editing a database entry etc?

There is only one client who had created a recurring payment before we switched the folder. Just hoping there is a simpler and more effective way of fixing this?

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks for your assistance.

Paypal store IPN url that was sent initially in subscription profile. And use that url to send notifications. As far as I know it can't be changed on paypal side.
