Well, I've sent an e-mail to Alex a few hours ago, and just waiting for a reply.

Was wondering if anyone else is seeing this. I'm getting a number of recurring subscribers whose accounts are being expired, even though the PayPal payment goes through.

    Anyone ever see this?

Which aMember Pro version have you installed?

Also, I have not received your message! Please login to

    Thanks Alex!

For all who want to know ... Alex said it was an issue in 2.3.2, which he upgraded to 2.3.3

I've got 2.3.3 and the same thing is happening to me... I'll let you know what's going on when Alex tells me what I've done wrong.

    Resolved

For those experiencing similar issues - I have nothing to add... sorry. Apparently my user originally subscribed twice and I canceled one of his payments at Paypal, which screwed up things on my install of aMember (nothing to do with the software which works fine) when it came time for the renewal the software deigned him access due to the cancelation of one of his two subscriptions. I had to manually add him back to the list of users.

I don't think this is likely to happen again so..

As always we owe Alex a debt of gratitude for always responding quickly.

Unfortunately, it was not me answering that ticket, so I cannot comment on this. However, I believe there was something else, there is no such problem in aMember.

That's right... that was what I was trying to make clear.
