This is for a subscription to a magazine that they will get delivered to them from mail just as it were maxim, seventeen, fhs, lowrider, etc. I setup "RPM" at ($0) according to sign-up page. I did this cause i was testing the no payment subscriptions (testing out before i buy). 1) says it is at 0 dollars, i choose username and password. 2) sends me to paypal to login and make a payment, amount has a textbox for me to put in amount 3) i choose 0 and says "must choose amount greater than zero" to be safe i put in a $1 4) it went ahead and charged the dollar on the credit card which is okay. Now, i login to amember with my username, quiksilver, and it says i still have no active subscriptions. I just paid a $1 on a free subscription too.. i thought. If i set this up wrong let me know, i chose "PayPal" at setup as payment system. Yet i know when we use this we will need one for payment through paypal for RPM Magazine, and need 3 more subscriptions that are completely free, RPM: Auto, RPM: Cycle, RPM: Boat, which are all complimentary magazines read online. Is it possible to do this? And what have i done wrong so far? Thank you. Also, is there an easy way to view all customers who paid to the RPM Magazine (one that costs) home delivery information to use for delivery of their magazine.
Also, i was wondering about the IPN function. I set the RPM account to use this ipn script you guys have. Maybe i don't understand quite well enough how it works. I made the payment and IPN is supposed to be used here, what did it do? If you guys dont wish to explain could you send me to their area to learn what its doing for me? we were going to use http://ipn.joihost.com to handle IPN but i guess that idea fell. Please some advice would help.
aMember handles IPN without any problems, but you shouldn't change amounts in URL when you redirected to PayPal site, if you are talking about. Please contact us with amember admin login info (URL, username and password) and I will suggest, what is wrong. Things I have to review: - your products settings - error log
