Hi, I use aMemberPro 1.9.3RC19PRO, and I'd like to use Paysystems. I have some questions: 1. Is it possible to set free trial with Paysystems (1 month free, after that 1 year recurring)? 2. If yes, can it work in such a way that after the sub is expired the same customer cannot sign up for the free trial again only for the paid one? 3. How does the switching from trial to paid subscription work? I can imagine two solutions: 1. Sending a reminding email to member that the trial sub is over and it is time to sign up for the paid sub OR 2. Charging member's credit card automatically I know Paysystems supports trials and also promotions, but couldn't find info in aMember's forum on Paysystems with trial. Please give me a solution Thanks
I have this set up on my site. I have a free trial period set up as offline plug in configured to be only for sign up ( its an option in product) , when this has expired for the length of time you set up, an email can be configured to tell the customer that the subscription is ending. The customer can not use this free subscription again , and is offered the payed subscriptions that I have set up up. Its easy!
