Be useful to know how to do this - I couldn't see an obvious template, how do we get into the pdf creation engine?

I tried changing items - but found it seemed to generally hang the pdf generation process after making changes.

Also this isnt the main template, for instance if you want to put logo's into the head etc?

One thing that is important for us is to be able to add the client company name into the invoice - so I guess I need to add a custom field and then add that into the pdf invoice - how do you work out the variable to be used in the pdf template?

With the PDF template, I dont know if you based it on a standard pdf export php script, but if you did could you point us to it so we can see what scope we have for improving the look/feel etc?

I'm having the same problem. Could you put the "first draft" of the new manual chapter on the forum so we can change this? It's tax time and I have customers clamoring for some modifications to the invoice for their accountants.

I'm unable to find /amember/templates/mail_receipt_contact.pdf.txt
you can use {$u} - an array with user's info ;

I still need to change the layout in invoice.pdf -- the member's city, state, and country are not in right place.

And How do I get our logo on the upper right of invoice?

I checked again and it's not there (we moved from one host to another). It may have got lost during the transfer.

I'm using 3.0.3.

the logo is already in /amember/logo.jpg -- I know it was mentioned that it'll automatic inserted into pdf. But it was not working so I think I did something wrong here.

Anybody knows if it't possible to show the Billing Company in the PDF receipt? I couldn't find the correct value.
