Dear All, I have imported about 400 members to the aMember database. With them I imported the next due date. This should have resulted in about 370 expired members and 30 active user. Instead I have 300 pending members and 70 expired. I have tried to read the manual and the FAQ but did not clear my mind about what are the pending means on aMember? I asked support about this and was answered to use the Product Management tool "mass subscribe". Unfortunately this tool does not allow to subscribe the pending members without trashing the due date already on the database. Can somebody shed some light to this subject? Another doubt, each time a user registers and subscribes to a product where can I find him? If they will be a pending users, can I sort by registration date to find them? kind regards, David
The definition of pending means that the user did not complete their registration and/ or payment they also can become pending if they did not complete their e-mail process. To see all pending user 1. Log in to Amember 2. Browse Users 3. At the end of user look Filter: 4. High light pending 5. then click ALL this is all that are pending Another doubt, each time a user registers and subscribes to a product where can I find him? If they will be a pending users, can I sort by registration date to find them? 6.
