I need to know if there is a setting for stopping abandoned/declined signups from automatically being placed as a "pending" status. Problem: User submits account information including email, username, and password on page 1 of signup process for a free trial. On page 2 the user submits payment information, but uses the wrong billing zip code. User receives error message, realizes mistake, and re-inputs information including correct zip code and hits submit again. An error message then pops up telling the user: An Error has occurred: You signed-up for this trial subscription already - please return back to signup page and choose another product. How do I stop the situation above from happening?
