Pending with NoChex

    Hi,

    I am using the full version of aMember.

    I have tested 3 times now with NoChex and each time the account goes into the pending phase rather than allowing instant access to the website (used as the product, a subscription site).
    I have searched the forums for an answer but cant seem to find it. I have the approval set to NO.

    Please help with this as I am at the end of my teather. !!! :mad: lol

    Ok now this is strange.

    I have just added the Paypal payment method to the same product and tried another test paying via nochex.
    This time the payment went through and the account had instant access??????

    Any ideas on this anyone?????

    I have no ideas at all. If you contact support, they could suggest something. Not sure what I can suggest with zero debug information!
