People Can't Choose A Week Access

members who joined for any time period EXCEPT ONE MONTH are not getting access to the members area. I know of 4 sites using amember that have this problem...any help please?

You have set protection incorrectly. Check you .htaccess

hi it isnt the actualy protected area that has the problem, it won't let you login to the actual script it says there isn't no subscriptions i beleive...I have had this problem with anything other than 1 month access

Please review aMember CP -> Error Log for corresponding error messages.

Well there is no errors, even when I had a manual payment if I choose anything other than 1m it doesn't allow access to login on the script

May be it is a problem with your .htaccess file? Have a look to products list inside.
