Hello, I have an admin who "promoted" some members to a higher level of membership but left them active in the old level, which we need to correct. I can run Advanced search to find users in either product, but not both. I tried saving a search for members in Product One, hoping to be able to then narrow that list down to members who are also subscribed to Product Two, but when I do that, I get a new list. Is there a way to narrow down a list of users subscribed to one product and get a list of just those users who are also subscribed to another product - users who are actively subscribed to more than one product? Thanks!
