Ok, have the script for amember and am on the way to installing it. Only issue I have is I know it's compatible with phpnuke but when installing amember should I set up a new sql database purely for amember or use the same one as for phpnuke. also how does the CMS script work in patching amember through to work with php nuke database. Bit confused, if you can help me out would be great. I will set up a database purely for amember but logically I'd say you use the same database as phpnuke since this already contains all the users. tks in advance.
Unfortunately, the phpNuke plugin is not yet working well enough for use according to this thread: http://www.cgi-central.net/forum/index.php...1374&hl=phpnuke You can certainly use the same database for both phpNuke and aMember. If you plan to eventually use the phpNuke plugin, I doubt it will matter whether the database used for the phpNuke members table is the same database as aMember...you'll probably set the location of phpNuke in an aMember config (my guess). If you need the phpNuke plugin soon, I suggest you email aMember and they'll probably quote you less than $100 to quickly fix it.
