Phpbb3

Hello,

PHPBB3 was officially released as a Gold(official) release. Are there plans to update the plugin to work with the new version in the near future?

Me too. The phpbb plugin isn't passing signups over to phpbb3. All the user groups show up and I have assigned new signups but they aren't being passed to phpbb3.

Any progress with phpbb3 yet?

I'm using a the prosilver phpbb3 theme on my phpbb2.0.22 forum. Looks indentical to the phpbb3 forum. My site is very unfinished but you can preview it here. I'll try to find a link if your interested in it.

BUT regarding Joomla 1.0 and phpbb3, doesthis mean the registration is automatically synced as well? (when phpbb3 + joomla 1.0 plugins are installed)

Any updates on the PhpBB 3 Plugin? Would I be better off just having one made for me at ScriptLance.com or something? I'd like to have the "official" plugin, but I have time constraints.

I too have the need of this one. I had to go live with a site and am doing manual synchronization. It is definately NOT the best way to do things.

I purchased the PhpBB3 plugin on 1/25 from CGI-Central through an email link that Andrey Seredkin sent. I am not sure if that means it is available or if it is just a preorder. I haven't received a download link yet. I emailed them again today. Will post when I have more answers.

Received the link. Everything seems to be working with it except it isn't logging me on to the bulletin. This could be my error though, since I am an aMember newbie.

I am using version 3.0.9.

They sent me a new plugin. Works great!

I too got the new phpbb3 plugin today, but it also doesn't log me in to my forum.

Have you , or anyone else managed to get it to work 100%?

I've done it.

With PHPBB3 you need to log in via the PHPBB3 login. Then if you link to the amember members page it will log you into amember and other plugins.
