SO the clicks are being recorded and when the sale is made, it is being recorded in Amember and everything seems in line however there are NO affiliate commissions being shown on the dashboard either for the affiliate or on our backend. we are using paypal_r any ideas what could be going wrong?
Sounds like you have a problem with your affiliate commission settings, either in the affiliate settings, or the product settings- how about posting some screenshots? David

Please also note, after I posted this, I tried changing my cookie length to 120 days (as it was blank before) but the issue is still the same.
If you added the cookie lifetime of 120 and it still didnt work- looks to me like your other settings are ok. Send in a tech support ticket. David
