I have had amember for several years now and over the course of doing business have had to increase my yearly membership fee from 38.00 per year to 48.00 per year. What I would like to have happen (and what I THOUGHT I had achieved) is that as long as a member stays current (renews without letting membership lapse) they may continue to renew at their original membership price of 38.00, but if they expire at any point they would lose that privilege and would need to renew/rejoin at the new 48.00 price. What I did: 1. I set up the new 48.00 membership as a new product. 2. I hid the old 38.00 membership from the signup page. 3. Under product management for the $38.00 membership I set "require ACTIVE membership". Even with this setting an expired 38.00 member is still seeing the option to renew at 38.00 in their amember account and are allowed to renew at that price. Can someone tell me what I have done wrong or what else I need to do? Thank you!
