Plugin :: Trellis Desk (Help Desk)

Trellis Desk from IFTomatoes is an excellent free Help Desk that has most of the features you would ever want. I am currently developing an aMember plugin it is currently at the point where the syncronisation is being done only the auto-login/out left to complete.

This will be our second integration plugin (we did the Invision 2.2.x one) I have yet to yak to Alex and decide whether it will be released by CGI or on our site.

Finished and tested, due to a problem with cookie handling this plugin will require a patch to Trellis(Beta 5) the author has the problem in his BTS and will adress the issue (which will mean a small change in the plugin when released).

I am still talking to Alex about whether this will be an official plugin or on my site.

I have released the plugin for Trellis Desk Beta 6.

It will create accounts within the HD for users in your aMember system, currently auto-login doesn't happen when the RC version of TD is issued I will fix that, don't be put off by its beta status TD is a solid system.

Pending the full release version my integration plugin is only US$7.95 when TD final is done the price will be closer to a normal plugin costwise but anyone who buys now has access to the release version.

Hi Larry,

I try to register at JLogica these 2 days to get access to trellis desk plugin but the registration can't go thru.

It simply does not allow me to submit the registration form even if i have fill in all the fields.

Any other way for me to get access to the plugin ?

Could you tell me what the system is doing please? Try now I disabled a plugin I was tinkering with for a while.

For those interested TD RC2 is out and auto-login now works as the bug in TD is fixed.

I have purchased the Trellis plugin and installed in on my amember system.

After configure Trellis plugin and protected Trellis Folder, I try to login using existing users into the Trellis, after login via amember login page and redirected to Trellis folder, I still need to login to my Trellis account, the single sign on is not working ?

Have you set the cookie domain infromation in TD .. you would be better off over at JLogica so I can get you to send me more info.

why not set it up with amember for now?

The license system is up and running.

I went away from using aMember because I wanted proper software distribution not membership processing.
