    Hello,

I am interested in using PMachine with Amember Pro. I noticed that on the Amember features page it says "PMachine Pro". Does Amember work fine with PMachine Free? I am mainly curious as I am gathering funds for a new project. Thanks.

Yes, it is working well with latest pMachine Free. "Single-login" is also working between aMember and pMachine.

Of course, to get it, you will need to order pMachine Integration plugin from our website ($40), addititionally to aMember Pro.

    Alex,

I saw that there is a sticky how bulletin board plugin works. Could you post a similar description how pMachine plugin works?

    Thanks

It works exactly the same way as board plugins.

    1. On the aMember features page, where the plugins are listed there is "(weblog)" written besides pMachine. Is this mean that amember can be integrated into only one weblog, the default one, named "weblog"?

    2. When I protect a content in pMachine, will pMachine login window pop up or amember's?

    1. It means that aMember can be integrated with weblog software named "pMachine".

    2. When user is browsing pMachine content, he will see pMachine login-box. When user browses another content (downloadable files, html files), he will see aMember login window. if user is logged-in in pMachine, he becomes logged-in in aMember and vice-versa.

    upgrading

    Hi
I'm also interested in using pmachine with amember but I've also been looking at expression engine, as I will probably need some of it's features later.
Will amember also integrate with expression engine, and do you foresee any difficulties upgrading, either from pmachine free to pro or pro to exp. engine?

I have not tried this "expression engine" yet. I think current plugin will not work with this application.
