Possible free mail problems & Verotel

    My website seems to function great most of the time with Verotel and aMember.
    However, I do get quite a few 'not completed' transactions show up in my log, and they are usually from hotmail or yahoo accounts. A guy emailed me last night saying that he had tried to join loads of times, but he just kept on getting a message saying sorry that email is already in use, or something like that.
    I sent a mass email to all my pending members to ask if they had experienced technical difficulty, or if they had simply changed their minds by the time they got to the Verotel page. No one has replied yet so hopefully it is the latter.
    Are there any known issues that could maybe cause any problems relating to this? Lots of money seems to be potentially slipping through the net!!!:mad:

    No, there are no known bugs or problems related with this issue.
