Is it possible to go back to version 3 after you've upgraded to version 4? I know it sounds a little crazy but version 4 has caused a lot of issues that I'm having a really hard time fixing.
If you backed up the old amember folder and the database. Any changes made to members information after version 4 went into production would need to be updated in version 3 database. I though would recommend working with the board or support directly to have your problems resolved. Good luck.
