    Hi,

    I have searched, but I need some answers to these questions.

    #1
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    Here is what I am looking to do:

    Have a main website that feeds into my subdomains

    The main website may be a membership site, or it may not be one.

    Then, I will have, eventually probably 50-250 subdomains.

    Each of these subdomains needs to have its own membership site.
    (this also brings up a licensing question on how many i have to purchase)

    They will all look and feel the same.

    Basically, each membership site will be for an exclusive geographic region.

    so, my site www.blah.com

    subdomain #1: philadelphia.mysite.com
    subdomain #2: losangeles.mysite.com
    subdomain #3: newyork.mysite.com

    etc. etc.

    Can someone tell me if this will work, how it will work.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

    #2 will it be possible to modify all 50 (or however many) sites at once. Say I wanted to upload a file, or make a post on all 50 sites at once. Is that possible?

    Is there like a super administrator?

    Lastly, can 3rd party things like auto-responders (Icontact, Aweber, GetResponse) and stuff be used with it.

    Many thanks!

    Yes it is possible as long as your hosting provider has set up your subdomains as subdirectories of your main domain:

    mydomain.com = \
    sub.mydomain.com = \sub
    sub2.mydomain.com = \sub2
