It would be a good feature one day to have like private messageing on the amember area like a forum has but for admin and user only Like admin can send messages to a certain member and member could only send messages to admin. I know the help desk would probably solve this somewhat but a help desk is almost to much for such a simple thing. Just a thought for someday
good to hear, this way i dont have to be using a seperate trouble ticket system and refer back and forward. Some features I'd like to request: - let users submit a trouble ticket without havin an account ( hope this make sense, the whole purpose is to let anyone open a trouble ticket even in case their account was lost) someting similar to inverse flow's trouble ticket system - display user's transaction id ( for existing users), i get like 20 - 30 requests related to billing. Seriously its a BIG headache for me to manually do a search in the database... if its not there it gotta go into my merchant account and search it in a milllion records.
