I had the free version running great.

I saw from one post that upgrading was no problem. Just upload the Pro files. So I did. And now I can't get past setup:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/buddiesb/public_html/members/rconfig.inc.php on line 20

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/buddiesb/public_html/members/rconfig.inc.php:20) in /home/buddiesb/public_html/members/admin/login.inc.php on line 86

I tried uploading in ASCII first, as normal. Then I tried all php as Binary. No difference.

I don't want to have to delete the database and start from scratch, since I've got quite a number of users already. :(

    any ideas?

It CAN be solved, don't worry.

    remove your files
    config.inc.php
    and
    config_plugins.inc.php
and run setup.php again (with same database settings).

    I thought so.

I tried that before posting. I still got the error.

I finally gave in and asked for installation. :) I figure it will get done eventually. Not losing sleep over it.

Alex, could I suggest giving some kind of instructions for upgrading? Or perhaps, having some kind of upgrade script? Maybe have a script that installs everything automatically if there is a license key?

    It's just an idea. :)

Sage, there really shouldn't be any troubles. Another guy did your installation, so I don't know what exactly was the problem,
but I believe it was resolved.

Upgrade script - I don't think it can be different from existing setup script. Really setup did upgrade.

all is working well now, thanks to you installing.

I don't know why I had such difficulty.

    Thanks
