Hi everyone... I have integrated 1SC with aMember, but now when an order is placed, 1SC process the order, an aMember account is created, but no access is given to a subscription product. It's as if 1SC is trying to post the info to aMember, but it's not going through. I've confirmed postback password, product IDs match, merchant IDs match... would really appreciate any help! thanks, Dave
This is a 1SC issue. I've been through it with them several times. There is a flaw in their API and it is not reliable with aMember. You're not doing anything wrong and there's not much you can do to fix it except wait for them to get the bugs out of their aMember API. Best bet is to not use 1SC with aMember. That's my experience anyway.
