I have products setup in both my 2CheckOut and in aMember. When a new user tries to sign up, click continue on the aMember signup page, it goes to 2CheckOut but at the top of the page says "Parameter Error" and a 0.00 balance due. What have I done wrong? I made sure my product ID matched the 2CO ID.. Not sure what isn't correct.

    Thanks for any help,

    Same Problem

I've been having the same problem. I submitted tickets to both aMember and 2CO about this issue with NO response yet. Maybe support can post something in this forum as the question has been asked elsewhere and it obviously is a problem??

    Keep you all posted.

I'm considering 2checkout as a payment processing option. Any word yet on if this is fixed? Is 2checkout a good option?

    Hi,

The problem you have is that by default your 2CO account is locked. Until you request a risk review from them and they come and review your site you will get that useless uninformative error.

Beware however - if 2CO find anything about your site that they don't like, then their terms say they can decline to do business with you and they reserve the right to terminate you at anytime in the future. Seems a pretty risky arrangement to us.

Also their customer service is very poor. Whilst they responded to us fairly quickly, their attitude was not one of provided great assistance and service. We felt that we were just an annoyance to them.

Needless to say we have decided to go elsewhere.

When you sign up for 2checkout make sure to call customer service beforehand and try to get the to approve your site and products. I did this and I have never had a problem. Do it BEFORE you have everything set up already.

The integration works great with Amember. It's the only payment processor I use.
