    Hi

One of my members has an e-mail address which contains a plus sign "+". First time I've ever seen that. The bulk e-mail functionality doesn't send the e-mail to this member. Is there any way to handle this or does the member need to change his e-mail address?

Individual e-mail to the member sent using the actions panel is fine.

    Thanks

    Phil

Is this a GMail email address?

The "+" symbol within GMail is there to facilitate processing of rules.

example: skippy@gmail.com is the same email account as skippy+bosco@gmail.com.

With this in mind, you could remove the details after the "+" symbol and the mail will still be delivered to the user, albeit not processed by his/her rules.

    Yes it's gmail

Thanks for the information. Mail sending to the account works fine from sign-up or send new individual mail it's just the newsletter mail which fails. I guess the + sign is being interpreted by php somewhere along the way. I just need to know where and code to resolve.

    Thanks

    Phil
