problem with folder protection new_rewrite and php_include+auto_prepend_file

    anyone help me solve this problem

    i cant plugin the new_rewrite and php_include+auto_prepend_file of the folder protection. it saying the server the plugin doesn't work in .htaccess files on this server. what do i need on the server to support this?
