I have "manually approve new members" check in my control panel. I did a test of the system, signing up, verifying my email, and then making a test payment. After I made payment, I received the email saying that my membership was still pending, but when I looked under my users list in my control panel, that new user was already listed as ACTIVE. Additionally, when I try to login with my new user's credentials, I get an error: "Your account is not yet enabled. You will receive an email message when verification will be finished" What did I miss? I thought that the user would be marked as pending, then I would manually look over his account and approve him (somehow), and then the user would receive the "welcome" email giving him his login info. Instead, my user is stuck without access and my records show him as already active. Help! (added) I had already set up some users before clicking "manually approve new members", and I realize that existing users would then have to be approved, but they too say ACTIVE in their status and I get the same error message with logging in with their credentials (that their account is not enabled). Why does there status say ACTIVE when obviously they are still PENDING? And how in the world to "enable" their accounts? I'm using aMember 3.1.8PRO
Have a look amember CP -> Not approved users. These users are not pending, because payment were completed.
Still not working First of all, I can't find a "Not Approved Users" in my CP anywhere. If I browse users, and narrow them by selecting "Pending", no one shows up. Everyone is considered "active" even though I selected "manually approve new users" before one of the users signed up and went through the payment process. The problem still remains that the "completed payment" is checked for the new user (who paid the the CC demo). But that user still cannot login because of the error "Your account is not yet enabled. You will receive an email message when verification will be finished." So again, her payment is marked complete, even her status says "active", but she remains unable to login. The last email she received is the one that says "Your membership is pending". Help! Do I need to submit a ticket for this one?
Not Approved Users link should be in the left menu in "Browse users" section. If you don't see it, try to logout from aMember CP and then login again.
