Problem with recurring subscriptions with paypal

    hello all,

    I noticed that my products that are not recurring - go through the checkout process just fine but the subscriptions always return a

    "The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again."

    error.

    Why might that be?
    I know the problem is not a typo in the paypal info or in the ipn address since the exact same product will work when not recurring - but fails when the only change is that it is set to recurring.

    Is there something else that needs to be set, other than the checkbox on the product, when setting up recurring subscriptions??

    Hmm, setings seems to be correct.
    Do you use frames on your site?
    Please submit ticket with url of signup page I will test.

    Hi alexandar,

    No I am not using frames on the site. I posted a support ticket with the info specified. I'm wondering if the url that goes from amember to paypal is slightly wrong??

    but I will wait and see what the response to the ticket says.
