I have a member who accidentally cancelled and now wishes to renew. But when I use his login info to go to the renew page, the product does not show up. How do I get it to show?

The only fix I can see around this is for him to signup again, using different user name and email.

Have they expired yet? You may not be allowing active members to order again.
Check your product setting in allow/dissallow, and also setup /advanced - Limit Renewals.

Thanks David. I've checked the settings.
His subscription expired on 7 June, and he accidentally cancelled on 8 June after his subscription failed to renew. He realises his error (needed to add funds to Paypal, but instead of doing this he accidentally cancelled.) Now when we go to the renew page, the product does not display. On the product settings i have the defaults set - (don't prevent anything chosen next to the Disallow Subscription field) and in the advanced area Limit Renewals is set to "Don't Limit". I have another amember site which shows the products on the renewals page, so I made sure all the settings were the same. the only thing that is that the product has a negative number assigned to the product group - but I believe this should not make a difference.

    Annette,
The problem is in negative price group. When product have negative price group set, it will not be available on default signup and renewal pages and will be available only by special links: /amember/signup.php?price_group=-1 or
    /amember/member.php?price_group=-1

Thanks Alex. Tried your suggestion and it worked. However I am concerned that if this happens on any other products - all which have negative price groups - then I'll need to allocate them all a price group id of -1, which means that everyone will see a heap of different products and be very confused. This is not useful at all and means there's no point having a range of negative price groups or indeed a range of products. Can this be fixed?

You need to create a 2nd group of products that dont have a negative price group, and use the allow-disallow function to hide them from other users.
