Protect folder link/window does not load.

    I just installed this app for the first time, but I click on Protect folder it loads the page then i try to add a folder and click on "Protect Another Folder" this page never opens. I tried using IE, Safari, firefox... it all freeze never loads. please help... I need to get this up ASAP.
