I send an 8 part online course via sequential emails every 7 days in amember. Is there any way to pause the emails, so a customer can take a week or more break? Will unsubscribing him and then resubscribing him allow him to resume where he left off? Thanks.
The unsubscribe NO. The code keeps counting days for the autoresponder. The person will just not be able to receive the emails that were scheduled on those days. Unsubscribe just means - dont send email -- It does nothing for the calendar. I don't know more about the code so I don't know how to do what you want. As far as I know there are no toggle switches or control panel settings to accomplish what you want to do.
