    Greetings!

I have been working with the trial version and love this application. I purchased it yesterday (though haven't received a license key yet)

    My questions:
    (1) Migrating from trial to Pro - how long does it take to re-customize the templates? I hadn't realized that this would need to be done & I've customized every template / text file in the trial version. All of this will need to be done from scratch again? Or, is it a matter of minor tweaking to show that I have the pro version?

(Also, I have customized code to redirect members to their content; concerned about redoing all of that, too.)

    (2) Assuming migration will take some time - is it possible to go live with the trial version and take my time customizing the Pro version? Or, would you suggest to take the time now (avoiding possible problems with DB transfer)

    Lastly,

    (3) How long does it generally take to receive a license key?

    Many thanks!

    Hello MS,
    1) No need to re-customize templates at all, templates are exactly the same in Trial and Pro versions.
    2) I don't recommend to go live with trial version, it is very quick to upgrade.
    3) License key processing is immediate, looks like there are problems with your e-mail/spam filters. Could you please submit support ticket with all possible order info : https://www.cgi-central.net/support/
We will resolve this problem for sure, sorry for troubles.

    thank you!

    :D
Thanks very much for the speedy reply, Alex! As soon as I submitted the question to this forum, I got an answer from you on private message.

Yes, the spam filter caught the email that contained the license / download info.. . but it's now sorted out.

    Thanks again,
