Question about payment - did they complete the transaction?

    Hi all, I am new to amember and have a quick question about some payments I'm seeing.

    I have a free 7 day trial for my product, and monthly recurring billing starts after the 7th day.

    Based on these screenshots, will these users be billed in 7 days, or did they not complete payment, and their membership will expire in 7 days? Is there an easier way to check that? Thanks!

    Payment was not completed, and they wont get access.

    Thanks for the info. Do you think this is due to a bug or error? Or is this simply because they chose not to continue? Thanks.

    Could be payment not completed or amember didnt get notified of the payment- did you get a notification of payment from paypal?
    If you did- then your paypal integration isnt complete.
