    Hi,

Ok I've got a question thats frustrating the girls at work :)

We have a membership site with a few different products
that give away 2 months free etc.

Now were trying to figure out how many people have joined and are paying ?
Is that possible to do ? because everytime we do a report etc it adds up all the people on 2 months free and says they are paying.

    regards
    josh,

Couple of ways you can do this.
    1) amember /admin /search / search by subscription
That will give you a total of all members to that subscription type.

    2) export your users and add them up in excel

    3) Have aMember customize the income report- thats what I did.
I give it as a bonus item to my members in month 2.

    David,
    Thanks for your reply.

With option 1) that is our main problem with the software. We can't search who's actually paying because it says 119 people are on product "2 months free" but most of them will still be within the 2 months free period.

We want a seach saying ___ many people are currently paying $49 a month etc.

With your customized income report. Does it calculate how much money you are making ? minus any people on free months ?

My report counts the first time a member makes a payment > 0.
I also have it give me an average customer value. The AVC isnt 100% accurate as new members will reduce this average, but if you subtract the number who joined in the last few weeks out it gets close.

    Dave,

    Thanks for that,

I'm not sure how to customize my reports at the moment but hopefully in the future.

    regards
