Sorry if this is covered already. Can I do the following:

1) Integrate the coupon code generation system with Post Affiliate Pro so one coupon code is assigned to each of my affiliates?

2) Can I customise the sign up form to remove address, phone, etc? Customise the CSS of other pages?

3) I need reduced fee trial periods based on using a coupon code. So the customer MUST use a coupon code to get access to the trials.

I will be using PayPal.
