Questions on expired memberships

    I have a membership site where I have given some users a free trial by manually entering their information and giving them 30-60 days memberships. When those 30-60 days are up I want the process to be easy for them to renew with a paid membership.

    I setup a user for my testing purposes and have the membership expired. When that occurs it brings them to the amember/member.php page on the pain page tab. When I click on the ad/renew subscription tab I get the list of options. When I click on any of the options and try to continue it goes no where and shows a red box on the screen. I am using this with clickbank to pay for membership. I included a screenshot of what I see. I also have a couple of questions.

    1. Can I have that page show up on add/renew tab immediately?
    2. Can I customize this page to make it a better sales page?
    3. Can I only have it show certain product options. Initially I offer a $4.95 first month and then 69 a month after that. I would prefer to offer a different product ID of just $69 since they already had a free month.

    also,
    1. you can use exact link : /amember/member.php?tab=add_renew
    2. Sure. Edit /amember/templates/member_add_renew.html
    3. Create products in aMember CP -> manage Products and set products scope to members only.
