I'm wondering if anybody else is having this issue...? 1ShoppingCart is convinced that the problem lies with aMember, but we can't figure out what the deal is. For the last few months, accounts that had been posting PERFECTLY for 2+ YEARS have suddenly started NOT posting correctly from 1SC to aMember. The payment is charged in 1SC, and somehow when it shows up in aMember, it says that the account is Expired... AND the dates that show up are October/November dates. Here are 2 examples from yesterday: I've had to manually update each transaction. But it happens again the next month. Re-posting the transaction from inside 1SC doesn't work. It just gives me an error message. Any suggestions?
Please contact us in helpdesk with this issue. We need to check what IPN messages were sent from 1SC for these payments.
Curious if you have found the solution. My new client has had same issue for a year, and we need to have this solved. Is there some magical reason for the random record problem? I hope you're having better luck than we are. Carl
