Rconfig.inc.php Has Expired Or Is Corrupt.

    I just moved servers and after installing the script again (same domain) and am getting this lovely error after installation

    The encoded file /home/bestbuy/public_html/amember/rconfig.inc.php has expired or is corrupt.

    any ideas?
