Re-order Payment Options

    On the signup page, is there a way to set the order of your payment options?

    I offer both 2Checkout and PayPal, but PayPal is the one I recommend so I want to have it show up first.

    Does anyone know how to do this?

    (And best of all, anyone know how to have the PayPal box ticked by default?)
